3 Hours

Three hour classes are ideal for more advanced sailors. This class allows for more “chalk talk” time and on water fun.
Terms and Conditions
The individual named below (“Said Sailor” or “I”) desires to participate in Sailing with Rachel and related activities provided by Rachel Weiss under the supervision of her family. In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Activity and in recognition of the classes Rachel offers, I agree to the following terms and conditions.
I AM AWARE AND UNDERSTAND THAT THE ACTIVITY IS A POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS ONE AND INVOLVES THE RISK OF SERIOUS INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND OR PROPERTY DAMAGE. I ACKNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTAND THAT ANY INJURIES THAT I OR SAID SAILOR SUSTAINS MAY RESULT FROM OR BE COMPOUNDED BY THE ACTIONS, OMISSIONS, OR NEGLIGENCE OF THE SAILING SCHOOL, INCLUDING NEGLIGENT EMERGENCY RESPONSE OR RESCUE OPERATIONS OF SAILING INSTRUCTOR. NOTWITHSTANDING THE RISK, I ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THE I OR SAID SAILOR IS VOLUNTARILY PARTICIPATING IN THE ACTIVITY WITH KNOWLEDGE OF THE INHERENT DANGERS AND RISKS INVOLVED AND HEREBY AGREE TO ACCEPT AND ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS OF INJURY, DISABILITY, DEATH, AND/OR PROPERTY DAMAGE ARISING FROM MY PARTICIPATION IN THE ACTIVITY, WHETHER CAUSED BY THE ORDINARY NEGLIGENCE OF THE SAILING INSTRUCTOR OR OTHERWISE.
In the event of a medical emergency, I hereby consent to the provision of medical treatment deemed necessary or advisable if Sailor is injured or requires medical attention during the participation in the activity. I understand that effort will be made to contact the undersigned/emergency contact prior to rendering treatment to Sailor, but that medical treatment will not be withheld if I/emergency contact cannot be reached. I understand and agree that I am solely responsible for all costs related to such medical treatment and any related medical transportation and/or evacuation. I hereby release, forever discharge, and hold harmless Rachel Weiss and her family from any claim based on such treatment or other medical services.
